Come join us as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering and Technology Symposium (GVSETS) and the Advanced Planning Briefings for Industry (ABPI). GVSETS & APBI is one of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Michigan Chapter’s key industry-government-academia events.

This three-day event brings more than 1,000 executives, program managers, engineers, and other key decision-makers together to discuss initiatives, programs, plans, and technologies in the ground domain for both manned and unmanned systems. This is a unique opportunity for our community to come together to chart the course and contribute to the future success of our nation’s War fighters.

GVSETS brings together leaders throughout the Department of Defense (DoD), including Army Materiel Command, TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC), Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Program Executive Offices (PEOs) for Army and United States Marine Corps (USMC) ground system portfolios; as well as industry and academia leaders.

The agenda for the Main Session and APBI, which will take place on day one and two, is taking shape with industry, government and other non-DoD organizations participating more than ever.

The third day will be focused on 6 main categories presented in parallel technical sessions. Due to an overwhelming amount of interest, new topics include Materials and Advanced Manufacturing and Ground Systems Cyber Engineering. The Technical Sessions include:

    Autonomous Ground Systems (AGS)
Materials and Advanced Manufacturing (M & AM)
Modeling & Simulation, Test & Validation (MSTV)
    Power and Mobility (P&M)
    Systems Engineering (SE)
Vehicle Electronics and Architecture (VEA) & Ground Systems Cyber Engineering (GSCE)
