Dear AUSA Community Partner Member and Friends:

 

We are excited to announce that the 2026 Golf Outing for the Association of the US Army (AUSA) Arsenal of Democracy Chapter will be held at Greystone Golf Club, 67500 Mound Road, Washington, Michigan on Friday June 5th. Register early to ensure your place and government nominee is secured. The day’s events will include a continental breakfast, at 7:45AM, shot gun start 9:00AM and lunch on the course. Dinner and prizes will take place following golf.  Sponsorship opportunities are below as well as a downloadable player registration form. 


REGISTRATION:

Registration Payment Deadline 29 May 2025 (Outing slots will be prioritized on a first come/paid in full basis).

Registrations through Ticket Tailor is as follows:

Corporate Twosome Registration: $850.00

  • Team consists of two corporate members and two USG nominations. Contractors may register up to 4 teams.
  • Each foursome is “limited” to two (2) corporate players. Please provide names and contact information for government/military candidates/nominees, per the registration form, that the AUSA Golf Committee can invite.
  • PLEASE NOTE INDUSTRY CAN’T INVITE USG PERSONEL DIRECTLY. AUSA MUST INVITE THEM ON YOUR BEHALF 

Individual Corporate Member Registration: $425.00

  • One corporate player and you can nominate one USG The golf committee will assign you to a team for the outing. Please use two lines (yourself and nominee) of the corporate foursome registration section.
  • Please provide the name and contact information for the government/military candidate/nominee, per the registration form, that the AUSA Golf Committee can invite.
  • PLEASE NOTE INDUSTRY CAN’T INVITE USG PERSONEL DIRECTLY. AUSA MUST INVITE THEM ON YOUR BEHALF!

Foursome Registration $950.00

  • Four players, no government players will be paired with this option. 
  • No individual player registration will be allowed, you must have a foursome to play, and one person, company to pay for the foursome.

Registration Cost Includes:

  • Continental Breakfast, Beer, Water & Soda once the outing starts
  • Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar prior to the start of the outing (one ticket with registration)
  • Lunch on the course, Dinner and one-hour open bar after golf is completed
  • Greens Fee, Power Golf Cart
  • Prizes for winning teams, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive for both men and women

Golf Outing Information & Course Guidelines

  • Important Outing Notes: The Players Form must be completely filled out, including phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Contractor Restrictions: Contractors are not permitted to contact nominees regarding the outing. Only the Chapter Golf Outing Committee may extend invitations to government personnel, per DoD Directive 5500.7 and implementing regulations. Guest assignments to foursomes will be made randomly by the Golf Committee.

Golf Course Guidelines:

  • Club Rules & Regulations: The golf course enforces a “No Metal Spikes” policy and dress code restrictions.
  • Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire is required. Jeans are not permitted.
  • Etiquette: Proper golf etiquette must be observed at all times. Ball marks on greens must be repaired, and divots replaced. Golf carts should remain on paths or in the rough where designated. Players not adhering to these rules may be asked to leave.
  • Club Policies: Outside coolers are not permitted. All food and beverages must be purchased from the Club.
  • Liability: Players are responsible for any damages caused during the outing, including golf carts and property.
  • Location: Greystone, 67500 Mound Road, Washington, MI.

Title Sponsor: $5,000 (1 available)

  • One (1) Corporate foursome

Reception Sponsor: $2,500 (2 available)

  • One (1) Corporate foursome 
  • Signs with your company name placed on all tables and at bar during the networking reception
  • Opportunity to provide logo cocktail napkins or cups at the bar

Golf Cart Sponsorship: $1,500 (1 available)

  • Two (2) Individual golfers
  • Company name displayed in each golf cart on the course
  • Company logo on all goody bags in the carts
  • Recognition of your company on all event promotions (time permitting)
  • Recognition from podium during reception

Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar Morning Sponsor: $1,500 (1 available)

  • Printed sign at specialty Bar
  • Two (2) Individual golfers
  • Corporate branding on cups and cocktail napkins
  • Naming right to featured Bloody Mary and specialty Mimosa cocktail
  • Recognition of your company on all event promotions (time permitting)
  • Recognition from podium during the dinner

On-Course Hosted Hole Sponsor: $1,000 (7 available) 

Outstanding marketing opportunity for representatives from your firm to greet every player as they wait to tee off on selected holes. 

  • One (1) personal table at the tee box to promote your company’s products and services. Host drawings or games, or pass out items such as pens, hats, sunscreen, drink koozies and so on. The choice is yours! (Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Graystone, canopy welcome but not provided)
  • Two (2) non-golf company representatives (includes lunch & reception) 
  • One (1) Souvenir Pin Flag with your company logo to be displayed on hole during tournament 
  • Recognition of your company on all event promotions (time permitting)
  • Recognition from podium and speaking opportunity to address attendees during the dinner

50/50 Raffle and Raffle Cart Sponsor: $750 (1 available):

  • Table sign with company name and logo at registration
  • Company logo on dedicated raffle cart
  • Opportunity for company representative to ride in the raffle cart on the course
  • Recognition from podium during the reception

Closest to the Pin Sponsor: $250 (4 available) 

Two available for ladies closest to the pin and two for men’s closest to the pin on Par 3 holes 2,6,12,16

  • Printed sign with Company name and logo on the tee box and green side name sign.
  • Recognition during the reception and award ceremony

Longest drives Sponsor: $250 (4 available)

Two available for ladies longest drive and two for men’s longest drive on Par 5 holes 4,8,11,15

  • Printed sign with Company name and logo on the tee box and fairway name sign.
  • Recognition during the reception and award ceremony

Putting Green/Driving Range Sponsorship: $250 (2 available)

  • Printed sign with Company logo placed on the driving range and putting green area
  • Recognition during the reception

Hole Sponsors: $150 

  • One (1) logo sign placed at tee box recognizing your sponsorship of the hole

PRIZE DONATIONS:

Donation of prizes is always welcome and encouraged. Bring your donations to the event and you will be recognized at the award ceremony following completion of dinner. Please inform a member of the golf committee of your donation and/or make sure your prize is clearly labeled to ensure recognition. The number of outing prizes is solely based on the donations of corporations. All donations will receive a letter with the chapters 501c tax ID number referencing the specific donation as well as recognition at the awards dinner. Your generous sponsorship or donation enables the AUSA Arsenal of Democracy Chapter to sustain and expand its mission of supporting our ‘Total Army’ including active-duty soldiers, Army Reserves, Army National Guard, civilians, military families, veterans, and industry and community partners. Your partnership makes a meaningful and lasting impact!

DONATIONS AND SILENT AUCTION:

  • Donations accepted for gift bag items: Examples would be balls, ball markers, beverage koozies. Items need to be ready by May 29th. We would need 200 of each, so we have enough for all golfers. Any extra items would be returned.
  • Donations appreciated for Silent Auction items such as themed gift baskets, sporting tickets, signed memorabilia, adventure packages, restaurant gift cards or gift certificate, golf foursomes, bar items or baskets, weekend getaways, spa days, etc.

Our 2026 expanded silent auction is a highlight of the outing, and we’re looking for generous donors to help make it unforgettable. Whether it’s an item, a gift certificate, or a unique experience, your contribution will help support AUSA’S mission and create excitement for all our participants.
